Description:

NTT DATA Services is looking for a Test Engineer 1 to join their offshore team in a fully remote capacity out of Bihar, India. Acting as the final link in the software delivery chain, you will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Developers to ensure software bugs are caught as early as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for executing tests, thoroughly documenting defects, following up on outstanding issues, and effectively communicating QA status to ensure smooth project releases.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional quality assurance experience executing a balanced mix of manual and automated testing.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience spanning functional, usability, regression, performance, and exploratory testing.
• Proven capability performing manual verification across both desktop and mobile web browsers.
• Ability to comfortably set up, run, and maintain automated testing suites.
• Sound judgment, clear logical thinking, excellent organizational habits, and strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or prior development and design experience.
